2016 - 2018
Group drawing sessions organized with resident artists created the start of an artist community known as Artluck. Free drawing sessions with volunteer models attracted figurative artists from all around DFW and generated attention to the developing area. Organized activities grew into productions on the street and around the city that involved emerging artists being featured at businesses, homes and other art venues including the Fort Worth Community Arts Center.

2018 - 2021
GDT Studios were located in Riverside, TX east of downtown Fort Worth. The mixed use space offered workspaces and hosted art and community events that featured artists monthly.
2023 - 2024
A 113 year old house on Hemphill Street in the Southside of downtown Fort Worth becomes the home to the remaining art studios and reintroduces the house art parties. Caracol hosted intimate concerts, group art shows and creative activities kept the space alive from 2023 until its use was repurposed in 2024.
